Virgin Media ran a phone recycling promotion through a West One Technology partnership. Working to their strict brand guidelines while keeping the recycling UX consistent with what we'd built elsewhere was the core challenge.
Virgin have strong brand standards and they're particular about how they're represented. Getting the balance right between their visual identity and the functional needs of a phone recycling flow took close collaboration with their design team.
The flow is similar across all the recycling tools we built. What changes is the execution. For Virgin, everything had to feel native to their brand rather than adapted from a template.
