Phone@ was a sub-brand of West One Technology built around phone repairs and recycled handsets. The brief was broader than most web projects: brand identity, website, print, and input on the physical repair space.
Starting from nothing on the brand side, I built out the visual identity then designed and built the website with a fully functional repair booking system and shop. Beyond the digital work, the brief also covered print (billboards, posters, magazine spreads) and the shop fitout and frontage for the physical repair space.
The brand needed to feel like a repair shop, not a consumer tech brand. No gloss, no padding.
The site gave customers two things: a way to book a repair, and a shop for buying recycled phones and accessories. It needed to work hard functionally while staying true to the brand identity.
